A poem a day – Haiku – Mixed berries

Mixed berries

pop art polka dot
Yayoi Kusama’s world
abstract ecstasy

Note: Sabaidee! Love these Starburst Mixed Berries jellies/lollies – as a once in a while chewy treat. Semi sweet, sour, sharp, fruity and rather delicious! Only about half of the packet made it on the plate. The other half went into my tummy first. This haiku was inspired by/an ode to one of my favourite modern/pop abstract artists – Yayoi Kusama. I love how she can transform small/single/simple ideas/creations into the most outlandish/mesmerising/incredible artworks. Love your work Yayoi!
