[dropcap]Well[/dropcap], at least it’s showing some change/reduction from it’s original starting point/level a month ago. [Ahem] There are no obvious padaek liquid as such that I can see in the jar yet, although at the base of the jar, it does appear to be damp/wet. From the outside, everything seems to look good/safe/OK/normal – I hope. There’s definitely something happening in there – it appears that the padaek is breaking down, as there’s now what appears to be air spaces/pockets/gaps in the jar, especially between the layers of fish pieces, indicating that the original firm/”pressed down” fish have changed into a slightly different form. I just hope that it will produce/show some padaek liquid/sauce soon. Perhaps, next month?
There are no noticeable smell coming from the jar, because it has been tightly sealed, although Swan, our pooch, would surely be able to pick something up. And, I believe that if I did open the jar, the smell would be more obvious, but I’m not going to that yet. I’m just going to let this fishy babe do its thing without me interfering. I’m so happy and proud of it though, for its 2-3 mm reduction/progress. bigsmile Well done green lid jar Padaek! Keep doing what you’re doing! Stay tuned for next month’s update, which will come around faster than you can get your Christmas shopping done, wrapped and ready to throw away! Thanks for your time and see you tomorrow.
